Tabibakom.com services are not intended to be a substitute to the regular health care that you receive by your physician whom you visit in his/her office. You acknowledge your reliance on any service providers through Tabibakom.com at levels more than the intended is solely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for all risk associated therewith.

Given the limited time space that is available for many patients during their visits to their doctor's office, Tabibakom.com services are intended to fill that gap and to provide you with complete and comprehensive education and to answer all your queries that relate to your medical condition. This includes but is not limited to, ways of diagnosis of your medical problem, mimics of your medical problem and how to rule them out, options for treatment including current and possible future options, drug-drug and drug-disease interactions specific to your medical condition and the treatments that have been prescribed, fertility and pregnancy issues that relate to your medical condition and areas of new research and future options for the management of your medical condition

For every online meeting that you book with your doctor, you are eligible for free written communications thereafter for a period of 2 weeks bearing in mind that your doctor’s response takes a maximum of 2 working days. Our work days at Tabibakom are Saturdays to Wednesdays and the off days are Thursdays and Fridays

You hereby certify that you reside or are located physically in the country that you have entered as your current location when you filled in your Tabibakom.com form to create your account and to request its services. If your certification is not accurate, you agree to compensate Tabibakom.com for any resulting damages, costs, or claims

You agree that you will create only one account to use Tabibakom.com services and that you will not create more than one account for yourself.

You declare that you are 18 years or above and that you have the legal right and the legal ability to agree to the Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy

By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by Tabibakom.com in the Payment section, you agree that we charge the fees for your use of the Tabibakom.com services, together with any applicable taxes

You agree that fees for consultations may increase at any time

You understand and agree that you are responsible for the security of your login data to Tabibakom.com

You understand that you are responsible for the use of Tabibakom.com services using your login data to Tabibakom.com. You understand that you should not share your login data with any other person or third party to use them to access Tabibakom.com services
